What skills and experience we're looking for
We have an opportunity for a caring and supportive individual to join our team of Teaching Assistants as a SEN Teaching Assistant- on a fixed term contract.
We are looking for candidates that:
- Have a level 2 qualification (or equivalent);
- Have knowledge and procedures for supporting and leading learning activities in SEN;
- Have successful relevant experience of working with children;
- Are able to devise and implement structured learning activities, under the direction of the teacher, and be able to evaluate their effectiveness and measure pupils’ progress, giving feedback as required.
