Has experience or is keen to learn about supporting pupils with complex needs
Can build strong, trusting relationships and encourage confidence, independence, and social development
Is adaptable and happy to work with pupils across all ages (reception to year 11)
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
