What skills and experience we're looking for

The children, teachers and governing body of South Parade Primary School wish to appoint an excellent SEN Teaching Assistant to work in our school in KS1.

This position would be for 2 terms with potential for it to continue (dependent on funding).

The job is for 27.5 hours per week (full time). For the right candidate we are open to adjustment to these working hours

We would like the successful candidate to start as soon as possible (after all relevant safeguarding checks have been completed).

  • Level 2 Numeracy / Literacy or willingness to work towards this

  • Good numeracy/literacy skills

  • The ability to relate well with children and adults

  • The ability to work as a member of a team
