SEN Teaching Assistant job summary

Underwood West Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and well-motivated Teaching Assistant who is committed to enabling all children to achieve their full potential.
The successful applicant will work in school providing individual support for a specified child within the classroom or an adjacent area and during some of the lunchtime period. If the child is absent, you will work as a general Grade 4 teaching assistant.

Our School is committed to safeguarding children and all applicants will be required to undertake pre- employment checks, which will include References, Health, and Right to Work in UK, DBS and a Declaration that neither they nor anyone who lives in the same household is a disqualified person under the Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2009.
