    We are looking for someone who:

    • Ideally already holds the NASENCO award and has experience leading SEND provision

    • OR is an exceptional teacher with substantial experience of working with children with SEND, who is ready to step into a whole-school strategic role and gain the NASENCO qualification (with our full support)

    • Understands statutory SEND processes and can lead on EHCPs, referrals, and provision mapping

    • Works collaboratively within the school team environment

    • Works in partnership with families and external agencies to achieve the very best outcomes for children

    • Is organised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement

    • Brings warmth, empathy, and a solution-focused approach to challenges

      Visits to the school are strongly recommended to help candidates optimise their applications. Visits to the school can be arranged by emailing the headteacher, and will be agreed in collaboration on school days between Tuesday 9th and Thursday 25th September.
