What skills and experience we're looking for
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Be a qualified Teacher
- Have a thorough knowledge of present developments, particularly those relating to SEND strategy and provision
- Be able to support and advise all stakeholders in regards to SEND provision ensuring the needs of the students are met.
- Be the Designated Teacher for Looked After and previously Looked After Children
- High expectations for yourself and the children to ensure that all of our children achieve their very best
- An aspiring leader of learning and happy to grasp exciting CPD opportunities
- Contribute to the values, ethos and the development of our schools
- Passionate about teaching and learning and have a positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills
