What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you organised, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children's well-being?

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised SENCO Assistant to join our school community. In this administrative role, you will work directly alongside our SENCO, providing essential administrative, organisational, and welfare support to ensure our pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or medical requirements thrive.

If you are a detail-oriented professional who wants to make a real difference in the lives of young people, we want to hear from you.

Experience of working in a similar role in a school setting would be a distinct advantage. Applications from those with SEN experience and transferable skills will also be considered.
