As a non-teaching SENCo, you will be able to focus on leading and developing high-quality SEND provision, supporting pupils, families and staff, without the demands of a classroom teaching commitment.

The role is further supported by designated administrative assistance, helping to reduce the burden of paperwork and statutory processes, allowing greater focus on strategic leadership, partnership working and improving outcomes for children.
