What skills and experience we're looking for
- Strong knowledge of SEND and a commitment to inclusive education
- Substantial and successful experience of teaching SEND pupils
- Experience of working with teams in planning the delivery of strategic objectives
- Experience of leading people and teams in delivery of high quality teaching and learning
- Experience of training and developing people
- Experience of presenting and reporting orally and in writing to a very high standard
- Experience of using data to identify insights and subsequent actions
