What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and passionate SENCo who is confident to lead in the role and support/guide our SEND Nurture Group at Shatterlocks Infant and Nursery School and Barton Junior School.
You will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive learning environment, collaborating with educators to enhance their effectiveness, and ensuring that every child receives a high-quality education aligned with the National Curriculum. Your contributions will be essential in promoting achievement and addressing the diverse needs of our student body.
Candidates must hold a recognised SENCo qualification.
This will be a non class based role.
