What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a new SENCo to lead SEN provision at our inclusive school. We are seeking to appoint a talented, committed and enthusiastic SENCo to join our school community. We are looking for a person who has strong interpersonal skills, empathy and the ability to recognise and respond effectively to the needs of pupils and parents alike. You will work closely with our dedicated team of teachers and teaching assistants to create a fully inclusive environment for children with SEN in our mainstream school.
