We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated SENCo to join our ambitious and caring team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled practitioner who is passionate about enabling every child to succeed and who can demonstrate outstanding inclusive practice in the classroom.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is an experienced SENCo.
- Is a passionate and inclusive teacher with experience across a range of primary year groups.
- Creates stimulating, engaging, and enabling learning environments where every child can flourish.
- Understands the importance of strong relationships and a child-centred approach.
- Has high aspirations for all pupils and can demonstrate these through their classroom practice.
- Is committed to working collaboratively with staff, families, and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for children.
