What skills and experience we're looking for
The skills and experience we're looking for are: -
- A teacher who is passionate about teaching in Key Stage 1 and is committed to inspiring children to achieve their best.
- A teacher who can effectively meet the needs of pupils with SEND through inclusive practice, adaptive teaching, and appropriate support and challenge.
- A teacher who can plan and deliver engaging, well-sequenced KS1 lessons that meet the needs of all pupils and promote high expectations.
- A collaborative professional who will contribute to the development and implementation of the school curriculum and work closely with colleagues in planning.
- A practitioner who maintains excellent classroom behaviour routines and promotes pupils’ personal development in line with our school values.
- A team player who can build positive relationships with parents and the wider community.
- An individual who is committed to fulfilling statutory responsibilities and is keen to drive standards forward at the rapid pace needed to address whole school development priorities.
