As a Teacher at Oasis Academy Parkwood, you will inspire pupils through engaging and meaningful learning experiences, carefully planning to meet the needs of every child and drive strong progress. You will use assessment effectively to support development and celebrate achievement, while establishing a calm, safe and inclusive classroom where all learners can flourish. You will model and promote high expectations for behaviour through positive relationships and consistent practice, working collaboratively with colleagues to continually enhance teaching and learning. You will also build strong partnerships with families and the wider community through clear and respectful communication, uphold safeguarding as a central priority, and play an active role in academy life, embracing opportunities for professional growth and development.
