SEND Admin and Speech and Language Support job summary
his is an exciting opportunity to join the inclusion team across both Clewer Green and Oakfield First Schools. We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to support the SENDCo with a range of administrative tasks including:
Attending annual reviews.
Assist with taking and writing up minutes.
Meet with external professionals.
Completing referrals.
Logging key information on Cpoms and Arbour.
Communicating with parents.
Communicate and liaise with external agencies to arrange provision.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping maintain and develop SEND provision across both schools, working closely with the SENDCo to ensure accurate and timely support for our most vulnerable learners.
A key element of this role will be supporting children with speech and language needs, including those with existing plans and those awaiting assessment but already demonstrating communication difficulties. You will deliver targeted interventions, run small group sessions, ensure that support is aligned with individual plans and take advice from SALTs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about inclusive education to make a real difference and help strengthen the support we provide for our children across both school communities.
