SEND administrative assistant job summary

SEND administrative assistant

St Thomas More Catholic Primary school is a vibrant and inclusive school in the heart of its community. We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience to support our SENCo with administrative assistance.

The successful person will be:

  • flexible and adaptable
  • have a knowledge and understanding about SEND
  • be organised and be able to communicate clearly

The main duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • managing the SENCo's diary
  • minuting meetings and circulating these
  • managing the SEND email and ensuring that information is passed on to the appropriate people in a timely manner
