About the role
Provide general administrative support e.g. photocopying, filing, scanning, emailing, and completion of routine forms/templates.
Undertake all aspects of reception duties in the SEND provision to include answering telephone calls as appropriate and emailing. Ensure a safe and tidy reception environment is maintained at all times.
Assist with the operation of the management information system and other computerised systems.
To maintain confidentiality at all times in respect of school-related matters and to prevent disclosure of confidential and sensitive information.
To attend meetings to take and produce minutes
To supervise children whilst carrying out computerised assessment tasks
To support with lunchtime arrangements within the SEND provision.
To support with children arriving on school transport
To carry out access arrangement assessments
To undertake any other duties, commensurate with the level of the post, as may be required from time to time.
