About You:  

As a Regional HR Business Partner at Creative Education Trust, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting school leaders across all aspects of people management. You’ll help build a well-organised, high-performing environment that drives improved educational outcomes for students. Our ideal candidate will:

  • Be highly resilient, resourceful, and professional, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrate determination and a relentless drive to improve performance and deliver outstanding results.
  • Inspire confidence and build strong, collaborative relationships with school principals / headteachers and colleagues.
  • Hold a degree and CIPD Level 5 qualification or above, with a solid understanding of current HR legislation.
  • Have experience managing complex employee relations cases, implementing HR systems, and supporting change management initiatives.
  • Be comfortable working across multiple sites, with regular travel and flexibility to support schools in the region.
