SEND Administrator

Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday’s and Tuesday’s 8.00am - 4.00pm with half an hour unpaid break); 43 weeks per year (term time + 5 weeks pro rata)

Salary: Grade F 6-8, £ 25,183 - £25,992 (FTE) per annum

Actual Salary: £9,639.11 - £9,948.77

Isebrook School is dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to students with Special Educational Needs. We specialise in supporting students with Cognition and Learning difficulties and our team of professionals is committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and enriching environment where every student can thrive.

We are looking for enthusiastic and organised individuals, who will champion our students and be ‘deliberately bothered’ about students’ academic, social and emotional progress.    

   

Are you: 

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office applications and online data portals

  • A team player who can work as part of the multi-disciplinary team 

  • Passionate about supporting students with learning disabilities

  • Able to work on own initiative 

  • Interested in supporting students with learning difficulties, autism and associated social and communication difficulties.  

  • Reflective and resilient

  • Able to think outside the box and always go the extra mile  

  • Organised and able to adapt to change.
