The ability to communicate effectively with parents /carers and outside agencies is essential.
Your role will be to gather relevant information and reports; prepare the paperwork; co-ordinate and run the meeting; amend any paperwork as an outcome of the review and follow up on any actions as required. Full support and training will be offered. This role is full time however it may be possible to negotiate reduced hours.
