Full-time equivalent salary
- Salary Scale E or F, ranging from £17,981 to £22,357 per annum (dependent on experience). Please note that this salary range is based on 25 hours per week, term time only. Actual salary will be pro-rated according to the agreed hours.
What skills and experience we're looking for
Our Ideal Candidate:
- JCQ Level 7 approved qualification in Access Arrangements/Willingness to undertake a JCQ Level 7 approved qualification in Access Arrangements (essential)
- Qualified Teacher/Higher Level Teaching Assistant (essential)
- Relevant degree or qualification in education or special educational needs (desirable)
- Strong organisational and IT skills for monitoring student progress (essential)
- Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with students, parents, staff, and external agencies (essential)
- Clear and concise communication style (essential)
- Empathetic and proactive problem-solver (essential)
- High levels of integrity and professionalism (essential)
- Commitment to continuous professional development and the school’s vision and ethos (essential).
