What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Is an excellent classroom practitioner who values all children;
  • Can make adaptations for all children;
  • Has a secure knowledge of EHCPs and the plan, do, review cycle;
  • Has knowledge and understanding of what constitutes excellent provision and outcomes for pupils;
  • Has comprehensive knowledge of the curriculum;
  • Demonstrates high expectations of individual achievement and behaviour;
  • Is creative and enthusiastic;
  • Has good organisational and interpersonal skills;
  • Has flair, talent and initiative;
  • Demonstrates a commitment to raising standards;
  • Is able to work in close partnership with the whole Trust community.
