  • An ability to provide supportive and caring relationships with children, promoting their independence and raising their self-esteem and confidence

  • Evidence of being a reflective practitioner

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Evidence of being a good team player who will contribute to the development of our school

Knowledge and qualifications:

You may have:

Relevant recognised UK Qualifications e.g.:

  • CACHE Level 2 Certificate for Teaching Assistants
  • NCFE Level 2 Certificate
  • BTEC Level 2 Certificate
  • ABC Level 2 Certificate.

Experience:

You are likely to have:

  • Previous relevant experience in a childcare setting

You may have:

  • Evidence of being a good quality classroom practitioner
