We are looking for a Teaching Assistant with SEND experience to help support the needs of children with Education and Health Care Plans. This role includes supporting the medical needs of pupils, including care plans for named children. Experience of supporting pupils with medical needs would be an advantage, however full training will be provided, e.g. diabetes training
