Are you looking to work within an amazing team? At Warren Dell we pride ourselves not only on our fantastic whole staff team but on our team of pastoral and SEND teaching assistants that support our children with additional needs, we are looking to add to our SEND teaching assistant team. To ensure all children feel included and have the opportunity to thrive we have teaching assistants in all of our classrooms. We also have two transition classes that support our children that currently find accessing their main class tricky. This role will be supporting children with SEMH, ASD and learning needs. Our priority is to ensure all of our children build positive relationships with staff which enables them to make progress not only in learning but socially and emotionally too. This role also includes supporting children at lunchtime. This role is hugely rewarding but it is vital that the successful applicant is patient, calm and positive. The position is term time only Monday- Friday 8.30am-3.30pm

We have a great induction programme with opportunities for further training.
