SEND Teacher job summary

We are seeking to appoint a SEND Teacher to join our dedicated team at Reach Academy.

You will lead a group of pupils with Education, Health and Care plans; planning and delivering outstanding cross curricular learning opportunities including Maths and English, whilst securing a nurturing and supportive environment with high expectations for all pupils to enable them to achieve their full potential.
