What skills and experience we're looking for

At Sir Peter Hall School we educate young people between the ages of 9-16 years of age who have a wide range of Social Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH).

You will be a primary practitioner, or secondary teacher with experience of delivering differentiated learning to pupils with SEND.At Sir Peter Hall School you will teach art across all Key Stages, providing art lessons and art enrichment to groups, individual pupils and will teach a small number of KS4 pupils to GCSE. All teachers at Sir Peter Hall School are expected to teach a varied subject timetable in addition to their subject specialisms.

You will have the motivation and determination to ensure that all pupils make progress academically, socially and through your commitment to improving their experience of education, prepare them to lead a fulfilling life.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Sir Peter Hall School, one of three SEMH schools within the Unity Schools Partnership Multi-Academy Trust.

You will be supported in your role by experienced special education leaders who will be available to offer advice and guidance. Significant training and development are available through opportunities for professional development, research, teacher training and collaboration across phases, between schools within the Unity Schools Partnership.
