SEND Teacher job summary

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational SEND Teacher to join our dedicated team at Elements Academy.

You will lead a group of pupils with Educational, Health and Care plans; planning and delivering outstanding cross curricular learning opportunities including English and Maths, whilst securing a nurturing, supportive environment with high expectations for all pupils to enable them to achieve their full potential.
