The successful applicant will be:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- Support all pupils to reach their full potential, providing tailored support and challenge as needed
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the school, embracing the Trust’s Vision of Achieving Excellence for Every Child, Every Day and upholding the School’s Values
- Ensure that children’s well-being is at the centre of all decision-making and classroom practice
