What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Plan and deliver high-impact academic interventions (particularly in numeracy) for pupils with EHCPs or significant learning needs.
  • Use primary pedagogical approaches to support KS3 pupils working below age-related expectations.
  • Provide targeted in-class support where necessary to promote engagement, understanding, and independence.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress against individual learning plans and intervention targets.
