What skills and experience we're looking for
Armley Park Primary School is seeking to appoint an SEND Teaching Assistant to join our strong school team and support teaching and learning in our school, for a September 2024 start. Early years experience is preferred but candidates with experience of Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 are also encouraged to apply, as the specific year group for this role will be decided depending on the candidates’ experience and expertise.
This vacancy will suit candidates who are enthusiastic, highly motivated, and have the best outcomes for children at heart. Knowledge and/or experience of pupils with SEN is required.
We are looking for candidates who have:

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as a team with staff, parents and outside agencies.
