We are looking for a SEND teaching assistant to work in Key Stage 1

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our Bromham team to work alongside a child who has complex needs including communication difficulties. You will share our values of courage, opportunity and ambition and understand our school vision and what is expected from the Bromham school community.

As well as supporting in the classroom, this role will also have an additional contract attached to it where you will be required to supervise for 30 minutes during lunchtime on a daily basis.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working in Key Stage 1

Is an excellent role model

Is empathetic and can build trust and rapport with students, staff and parents

Has a passion for working with children and is kind, caring and flexible.

Is interested in developing own skills in supporting children with different educational, physical and social needs.

Has experience of working with or caring for children between the ages of 3 and 11.
