City Road Primary School

(part of the Inspire Education Community Trust)

is seeking to appoint

a Teaching Assistant (with SEND allowance)

Monday to Friday 32.5 hours (term-time only)

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3:45am

(45 minutes unpaid lunch break)

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities?

We are seeking an enthusiastic teaching assistant to work with children who have complex special educational needs. in our early years or in our specialised provision groups.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate:

the passion and commitment to supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities

flexibility

their ability to work using own initiative, and work effectively as part of a team

how they communicate clearly and effectively with pupils and colleagues

Applicants must hold as a minimum the Level 2 TA Qualification and possess good numeracy and literacy skills. Good ICT skills are also essential.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
