SEND Teaching Assistant required from 4 September 2024

30 hours per week - 8.30am-3.30pm Monday to Friday, with one hour lunch, Term Time Only

Pro rata payable SCP 5 £15,899 per annum

We are looking to recruit an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team to support children with SEND in our new resource room, The Meadow.

We are looking to employ a caring and enthusiastic individual who would relish the opportunity to work with a group of amazing pupils who require extra support in school to enable them to succeed. The ideal candidate would have previous experience of pupils with SEND, would work in accordance with school policies and the SEND code of practice, and be committed to helping pupils with special educational needs flourish, in our new resource area The Meadow.

This post is a fast paced, highly varied role and offers the opportunity to join a professional, happy, hardworking, supportive SEND team dedicated to providing a high quality of education for our wonderful pupils.
