Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND needs
- Work alongside class teachers to adapt learning and promote engagement
- Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support pupils with social, emotional, and communication needs
- Contribute to personalised learning plans and progress reviews
- Promote independence, resilience, and pupil wellbeing
- Build strong relationships with families and external professionals
- Model the school’s values and champion inclusive practice every day
