SEND Teaching Assistant job summary

The post is a fixed term position, term time only for 31.25 hours per week until 31st August 2025 in the first instance. Actual pay £16368 to £16642 pro rata. Working Hours are 31.25 per week, term time only Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 3.15 pm including a 30 minute lunch break.

Are you already a TA, or considering a career in education and teaching and have vision and a passion for bringing out the best in all children and can make a real difference in our school? We are looking for an excellent SEND teaching assistant to support individual children with SEND, and who is someone who can make a real difference in our school. The appointment is fixed term in the first instance to 31/08/2025. If you are interested in a career in education, we have experience of supporting staff to go on and training as teachers at university or through the School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT).
