Teaching Assistant job summary
We are looking for two an exceptional individuals to fill the Teaching Assistant vacancies within our busy school. Our vacancy is for five days per week, 8.45am - 3.15pm, with half an hour unpaid lunch break, term time only, 30 hours per week.
Stephen Freeman Primary School is a two form entry school, situated in Didcot, on the edge of Great Western Park and currently has a total of 456 pupils on roll. The school had an Ofsted Inspection in May 2019 and was rated ‘Good’ in all areas. As a School we are proud of how our pupils engage in their learning and how intellectually curious they are. Our pupils are well cared for in a supportive caring environment and as a school we believe the "Everybody; Every moment; Every idea counts!"
We would like to employ someone who is motivated and has a genuine interest in supporting our pupils, to ensure that everyone has the best possible learning experience before moving on to secondary education. Experience of working in a similar role, or working with children with additional needs is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
