This position is working across two of our three schools as named SENDCo at Ladybarn and Green End, with the possibility of working across with our third school, Cringle Brook in time. This position does not have any class responsibility and includes modelling practice, observing and supporting children, managing a team of staff, liaising with parents, advising staff and tracking pupil progress.
The successful candidate will hold the SENDCO qualification and have a proven track record and able to demonstrate excellent classroom practice in ensuring that SEND pupils make strong progress. They will have a strong drive and determination to ensure that support for every child with SEND is of the highest quality.
What the school offers its staff
Kingsway Community Trust is a Multi Academy Trust made up of Ladybarn Primary School, Cringle Brook Primary School and Green End Primary School. This provides the staff and children of both schools with enhanced development and networking opportunities.
The Trust is led and managed by one Executive Headteacher and one Trust Board. In each school there is a full time Head of School who lead and manage alongside the Executive Headteacher.
