Working Pattern: This is a fixed term position working 0.2 FTE, 39 weeks per year
Bolham Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, efficient and effective SENDCo from September 2025. The SENDCo role is 1 day per week. Our SENDCo is a key member of our senior leadership team.
We are looking for a skilled experienced SENDCo who:
Is an excellent classroom practitioner, able to demonstrate high levels of effectiveness in the classroom. Has strong organisational, leadership and communication skills, and is able to offer advice, support and motivation to children, staff, parents and the wider community. Will lead and manage the school’s provision of SEND. Can demonstrate their ability to deliver the best possible outcomes for all learners. Can demonstrate their evidence of successful multi agency working. Will preferably already hold or be working towards the National Professional SENDCo Qualification.We can offer you the opportunity to work in a vibrant and supportive school environment with a hard-working team of professionals committed to helping children realise their full potential. You will have the opportunity to work in partnership with other schools within The Harbour Schools Partnership, a group of Devon schools who actively work together to ensure the delivery of a curriculum which meets the needs of all pupils and provides opportunities that are broad and challenging.
