About the role:

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?

Do you have a strong commitment to inclusive education? If so, we invite you to become part of our dedicated team as a Non-Class Based SENCO!

We are looking for someone who:

  • is committed to raising the achievement of all learners by ensuring teaching across the curriculum is of the highest quality
  • is able to make positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents alike
  • has high professional standards
  • is able to plan and deliver innovative and inspirational lessons that engage pupil

We warmly welcome potential candidates to come on what we refer to as a ‘Walk and Talk’. This usually takes less than an hour, can be during the academy day or after school has finished. We find this provides a great opportunity for candidates to get a really good insight into Corby Primary Academy, prior to submitting an application.
