  • Fixed Term Maternity Cover - Summer Term 2026 - February Half Term 2027.
  • Part time - 0.6FTE (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), Term Time only.
  • MPR/UPR plus SEN Allowance

We are looking for a positive and skilled classroom teacher to assist in the promotion, direction and oversight of high standards of quality first teaching and learning, pupil achievement and progression through effective inclusion for children with special educational needs.

The SENDCO, under the direction of the Headteacher, will:

  • Determine the strategic development of special educational needs (SEN) policy and provision in the school
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the SEN policy and co-ordination of specific provision to support the individual pupils with SEN or a disability
  • Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents and other agencies
