Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Kingfisher Hall Academy offers a great opportunity for a dedicated SENDCo to support our inclusive learning environment and help every child succeed. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to implement effective SEND strategies, lead assessments and coordinate interventions that drive progress. You’ll also manage EHCPs and Learning Support Plans, while working closely with families and external agencies to ensure each child receives tailored support.
We’re looking for someone passionate about inclusion, with experience in SEND, and who is either qualified or working towards the National Award for SEN Co-ordination.
