What skills and experience we're looking for

Nightingale Primary School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and experienced SENDCO to join the leadership team in our three-form entry primary school. We are looking for a highly skilled teacher and able leader who is committed to our ethos and values. You will have the opportunity to lead SEND across the school, with the support of our AHT for Inclusion and Pastoral Needs and our Infant Inclusion Co-ordinator. This is a non-class based role, but there will be a small teaching commitment with SEND pupils and teaching to model good practice to others.
