SENDCo job summary

We are seeking to recruit a SENDCO who shares our passion for sustained success. Our SEND students achieve exceptionally strong outcomes and we wish to maintain and further improve rates of progress with a particular emphasis on improving literacy and numeracy levels across the school. As SENDCo you will lead a team of committed and skilful staff to ensure no child is left behind. You will need to be forward focussed and an excellent communicator, able to form strong, effective relationships with colleagues, students and parents. You will have the drive, passion and enthusiasm to make significant improvements and to champion the special educational needs of our children.
