    • Sound knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice

    • Effective intervention strategies

    • Recent developments in teaching and learning

    • Current education legislation, Ofsted framework, best practice, nationaltrendsand innovation

    • Demonstrates an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children and young people
