Are you a passionate and experienced educator ready to lead inclusive education at Newton Primary School? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our leadership team and champion the needs of pupils with SEND.

Newton Primary School's headteacher and governors are looking for a SENDCo who will play a pivotal role in shaping our inclusive ethos, coordinating provision, and supporting staff to ensure every child thrives. You will work closely with pupils, families, staff, and external agencies to deliver high-quality support.

Flexible working opportunities

We are appointing 10 hours SENDCo as a minimum, however, as it is important to us to find right person for this role and, we are open to discussing and creating a contract that works for the successful candidate. Therefore, we can be flexible with: total contracted hours (up to and including full time) and working days and pattern. Beyond the starting point of 10 SENDCo hours, we can offer additional hours as a classroom teacher to increase total contracted hours.
