Job Purpose
To ensure that the provision for all students with SEND is appropriate to their needs and to establish a culture that promotes excellence, equality and high expectations of staff and students.
General Responsibilities
• Support the mission statement, values and ethos of the Trust;
• Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding children as a priority;
• Be aware of and comply with relevant policies and procedures, including (but not exhaustive) those relating to:o Child protection
o Health, safety and security
o Code of Conduct
o Whistleblowing
o Confidentiality and data protection
• Be aware of and support difference and ensure equal opportunities for all
• Commitment to develop own professional skills;
• Work co-operatively as part of an immediate and wider team to aid effective working practices and a good quality education to the children and students within our Trust
• Role model behaviours and qualities to colleagues and students that align with Trust values and Code of Conduct
• Undertake any other duties which may reasonably be regarded as within the nature of the
