SENDCo job summary

There is no other school like ours. As the country’s first primary school to grow from the recommendations of the Cambridge Primary Review, we were built from the ground up around a single question: what is best for this child? We are looking for an exceptional SENDCo to help us answer it for every child with SEND.

As part of our Inclusion Team, you will take the lead, in partnership with class teachers and our Learning Coach team, in ensuring the best possible outcomes for children with SEND and other additional needs, working closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and Assistant Headteacher.

We are a large, three-form entry Free School, founded on three principles: inclusion, ambition and innovation. We are known nationally and internationally for our work in areas such as Oracy and Professional Development.
