Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development of SEND provision, ensuring every child receives tailored support and opportunities to succeed.

- Play an active role in the senior leadership team, contributing to whole-school strategy and championing inclusive practice at every level.
- Establish and lead our new Integrated Resource Provision, working closely with the local authority to expand and enhance our SEND offer and facilities.
