What skills and experience we're looking for
About You:
Caister Academy are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Academy Administrator to join our dedicated support team. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing high-level administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership Team while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the academy. You'll be involved in a range of areas including admissions, pastoral and behaviour administration, trips and visits, events, and stakeholder communications.
As a key member of the academy community, you'll help deliver a professional and welcoming service to students, staff, parents, and visitors, while supporting the academy's values of ambition, equity, and opportunity.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
- Good English and Maths, preferably to GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent
- Previous experience of working in an administration role
- Organised and efficient administrative skills with the ability to respond well to pressure
- Resilience and motivation to deal with day-to-day challenges
- Good use of Microsoft packages
